Weight Loss Recipe – Homemade Strawberry Banana Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of cut, fresh strawberries.
  • 2 cups of cut bananas.
  • 1/4 cup of fat-free milk.
  • Sprinkle of iodized salt.
  • 2 tablespoons of raw honey.
  • 1/4 teaspoon of dried non fat milk.

Instructions

  1. Freeze fruit over night.
  2. Place frozen fruit and other ingredients in a food processor and blend until creamy.
  3. Freeze mixture in an airtight container.
  4. After about an 1-2 hours remove mixture from freezer and stir.
  5. Put back in freezer for 2 more hours or until you are ready to eat!
