- 2 cups of cut, fresh strawberries.
- 2 cups of cut bananas.
- 1/4 cup of fat-free milk.
- Sprinkle of iodized salt.
- 2 tablespoons of raw honey.
- 1/4 teaspoon of dried non fat milk.
- Freeze fruit over night.
- Place frozen fruit and other ingredients in a food processor and blend until creamy.
- Freeze mixture in an airtight container.
- After about an 1-2 hours remove mixture from freezer and stir.
- Put back in freezer for 2 more hours or until you are ready to eat!
